Hi, I’m Ramesh Kashyap, Founder of RK WIN Academy—on a bold mission to empower rural youth, job seekers, students, and housewives to speak fluent English, master computers, and build winning personalities.
I come from a small village in Chhattisgarh, and I’ve seen closely how lack of confidence, skills, and guidance can limit a person’s potential—no matter how big their dreams are. That’s why I left the traditional path and built RK WIN Academy, where transformation begins not with money, but with will.
We started with just a few students in a small room. Today, over 6,000+ students have experienced a life-changing journey through our Spoken English, Computer, and Personality Development programs. Our aim is simple—give world-class skills with local heart.
Through every class, workshop, and personal mentorship, I strive to make every learner say with pride—

At RK WIN Academy, हम सिर्फ एक spoken English class नहीं चलाते — हम एक बदलाव की शुरुआत करते हैं। हमारा सपना है हर गाँव, हर कस्बे, हर स्टूडेंट और हाउसवाइफ को confident communicator बनाना, ताकि वो English के डर को हमेशा के लिए पीछे छोड़ सके।
हम believe करते हैं कि Spoken English कोई luxury नहीं, आज के समय की जरूरत है। चाहे आप school में हों, college में, नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहे हों या एक गृहिणी हों — हम सबको English बोलना आना चाहिए।
